Aaron Rodgers calls his injury a ‘sprained knee’

Rodgers left the game during the first half, but came back for the third quarter, leading the Packers from a 20-point deficit to emerge with a 24-23 victory. Barring any setbacks throughout the week, it's hard to imagine a scenario in which Rodgers doesn't get the start on Sunday.

Rodgers denied needing to practice in order to play, which strays from the norm in Green Bay.

The Packers quarterback then provided his own update, telling reporters he suffered a sprained knee in Green Bay's Week 1 win over the Chicago Bears and that he feels "a little better every day" despite not practicing at all Wednesday instead staying inside for treatment. Will the Packers risk putting Rodgers out there for the whole game knowing he could get hurt?

One person who's convinced Rodgers is going to play is Mike Zimmer.

There hasn't been any evident discussion on Rodgers wearing a brace, but he said that there are certainly options available and that they'll make a decision on that later in the week. Kirk took a few sacks, but did not turn the ball over on a day where his counterpart did so three times.

NOTES: Adams also missed practice after he said he hurt his shoulder when a Bears defensive back landed on him after making a 51-yard catch.
