Samsung seeks to recover sales volume with Note 9

Samsung has finally revealed the next Galaxy Note series phone to the world and with it the most monumental evolution of the phablet's iconic S Pen we've seen to date. The wireless carriers don't want to carry multiple colors and multiple storage variants, as that means more SKUs that need to be on-hand at every store within the U.S., which results in a whole lot of inventory for one smartphone. Earlier this year, Apple also introduced support for a lower-cost stylus, the Crayon, made by Logitech for the education market.

The Note 9 aims to be Samsung's most robust mobile phone yet, with 4,000mAh battery, advanced cooling-system, and 10-nanometer processor to maintain fast network speeds.

The Galaxy S10 may come with three rear cameras, according to a Korean report by ETNews.

"World-class audio company Harman's AKG technology has created incredible sound", said Lee Ji-soo, executive director of the AI Strategy Group at Samsung's Wireless Business Division.

"Corporate partnerships like these often fail to bring the benefits they promise, so execution will be key".

The Galaxy Tab S4 also features new and improved capabilities created to manage your connected devices and lifestyle.

Apple Planning To Release Biggest iPhone Yet
From everything that's been reported so far about the new iPhones, King noted, the changes are typical of an "S" year cycle. The use of aluminum instead of stainless steel will also help to keep costs down in this iPhone 8 replacement.

Avi Greengart, Research Director for Consumer Platforms and Devices at GlobalData, said that the new battery should put the Note7 exploding battery issue to rest and shows Samsung is addressing user issues.

The company blamed the drop in part to disappointing demand for the Galaxy S9, but it also has been pressured by growth in Chinese competitor Huawei. It's much like applying filters with an app, except that the phone will do this itself, much the way Google's Pixel phones already do.

The camera will also offer a warning if someone blinked in a shot, or if the image is blurry. This will let people control music or snap selfies just by clicking the stylus.

"The Galaxy Home is a product with a focus on audio". It promises quality sound, in a potential challenge to Apple's Siri-based HomePod speaker.

Although the 128-GB model is set at $999.99, up from $929 for the Note 8, Samsung is offering 50 percent off or "buy one and get one free" promotions via American mobile carriers. The only discernible difference remains Samsung's Voice AI, Bixby, which powers this speaker. But, the company announced again that it will take some time and they will launch the phone by the beginning of 2019.
