Aaron Ramsey reveals Unai Emery's pre-season changes

Aaron Ramsey reveals Unai Emery's pre-season changes

Arsenal continue their pre-season preparations when we take on Atletico Madrid in the International Champions Cup at the Singapore National Stadium this afternoon [12.35pm UK].

"There are lot of things I think he's done wrong".

Arsenal boss Unai Emery said Emile Smith Rowe had earned his success after the 17-year-old announced himself with a stunning strike in Thursday's penalties defeat to Atletico Madrid in Singapore.

Arsenal target Steven N'Zonzi has reportedly informed Sevilla of his desire to leave the club, with Gunners fans weighing in on the reports.

Ramsey captained Arsenal against Atlético, with the match finishing 1-1 in normal time before the La Liga club won 3-1 on penalties.

"Talks are still ongoing, but I've got nothing more to say about that", said Ramsey, who joined Arsenal for £4.8m a decade ago.

That has created a structure where Gazidis, Sanllehi and Mislintat work together with Emery on most key decisions - a major departure from the Wenger years, when the Frenchman had the final say on almost everything. "I said to you I want five captains in the team, then the numbers we are going to give to them, the first, the second, third, four and five".

"It's been two or three weeks since Aaron started training, he's been in top form, working really hard, so we can see it doesn't affect him at all. But Aaron has the condition to be one of the captains".

Signed for a reported £7 million (S$12.5 million) from French club Lorient earlier this month, the 19-year-old was forceful in the hustle and bustle of midfield as he showed no fear in asking for the ball from his established team-mates.

"Today I am very happy with his work on the pitch, but not only today".

Arsenal teenager Emile Smith-Rowe cancelled out Luciano Vietto's opener to take the game to a shootout. His performance is also very good at each training session.
