Girl selling water sparks altercation

An eight-year-old girl who was to be arrested for hawking bottled water has had her story turned around, as she eventually got free tickets to her dream land, Disney World.

She said she only pretended to call police and that it wasn't over race, but because the girl and her mother were shouting loudly for hours about the water.

Ettel can be seen walking and ducking as the child's mother can be heard on camera confronting her. "They come, they shoot first and they ask questions later", Austin told "Good Morning America".

Jordan's mother, Erin Austin, took video of Ettel calling the police, posting the clip to Instagram and Twitter and giving Ettel the nickname #PermitPatty.

Austin and Rogers said that they would not be accepting Ettel's apology, NBC News reported.

Ettel was also set to be one of the subjects of a documentary called Lady Buds, a film about women in the cannabis industry.

"And illegally selling water without a permit?" the woman says.

For Ettel, who told the Huffington Post that she was working from home in the same apartment building, the entrepreneurial spirit was just too much to bear.

In 1990, Benazir Bhutto gave birth to a daughter while serving as Pakistan's prime minister, a first for an elected world leader. Ardern announced the birth on Facebook . "We're all doing really well thanks to the wonderful team at Auckland City Hospital".

But since the video was posted, and went viral, Ettel says she's received "all kinds of threats".

Social media users were quick to call out Ettel for her business of selling marijuana, something that Black people have been imprisoned for, while she threatens to call the police on a little Black girl.

"[Austin] said, 'Why don't you call the police?". "She calling the police on an 8-year-old little girl". "She's not screaming. The men on the street selling parking passes are louder than her". SF Gate reports that a spokeswoman for the San Francisco Police Department said officers have had no recent contact with an 8-year-old girl. She wrote: "So my little cousin was selling water and didn't have a permit so this lady made a decision to call the cops on an 8 year old'". According to her account, after Ettel told Austin that she and her daughter were disturbing her, the mother started threatening her and calling her profanities.

Raje's video has been viewed almost 7 million times in just two days on Twitter. In other words: Permit Patty might not even have a permit for some of the work she does herself.

"Its not your property", she responds.

Despite that, Jordan was out the next day - still selling water. "It was completely stress-related, and I should have never confronted her", she added. "Thank you for teaching her all people aren't so s-y".

Not only did she face major backlash online, Ettel has since lost business with at least one dispensary that sold products from her company TreatWell Health-an edibles manufacturer that specializes in cannabis options for pets.
