Only a few days earlier, the Daily Mail had revealed the team for England's group opener against Tunisia in advance of the official announcement and it's an issue that has since been addressed by Southgate, who suggested that reporters were putting his players at a disadvantage in Russian Federation.

Kyle Walker said Holland apologised to the players on Friday for revealing the list.

The revelation was the first indication the squad had that Raheem Sterling could be dropped after struggling to make an impression in the opening win against Tunisia on Monday and Marcus Rashford could lead the attack with captain Harry Kane.

"We've seen a few clips", he said.

Gareth Southgate revealed Dele Alli has a "slim chance" of playing against Panama on Sunday. They have also been eager to make themselves available for interview: such was the deluge of players willing to speak to the BBC after the game, the Beeb barely had any time to do some analysis. "I likened them to Manchester City in terms of how they like to try and play football and move the ball around fast".

- England are unbeaten in their last four World Cup games against CONCACAF nations (W2 D2), drawing the last two against US in 2010 and Costa Rica in 2014.

"It is going to be man versus man and we are not going to look at the names on the back of the England jerseys".

Supreme Court rules that internet sales can be taxed by states
Some states will still have to pass new legislation to demand tax from out-of-state orders, and that isn't always guaranteed. Major online retailers such as Wayfair , Overstock, eBay , Shopify and Etsy , opposed the law change.

"Tunisia liked to play the ball out from the back and they was very patient, and we pressed them high, but they got out sometimes".

"Steve apologised. It was just before training, just before we went out and did our warm-up", Walker said.

Defender John Stones says England have done their homework on Panama and says it is clear where the biggest area for improvement needs to be.

The direct Central Americans were well-beaten by Belgium in their opener and Walker said England know what they'll be up against. "We need to be compact and limit their space".

"I was born in the year we won the World Cup so I'm forever hopeful that we'll win, to be honest".

As a youngster, Sterling and his sister went to work with their mum, waking up at five in the morning and helping her clean hotel toilets.
