Yoga also enhances the communication level among people, he added. The Minister said, Yoga is the indicator of human index too. Practicing yoga regularly keeps oneself calm, mood swings and fatigue would be balanced and the quality of life will be significantly improved. Modi revealed that yhoha is a force in unifying the world. "I hope that yoga can become a binding force for the world", he said in his video address to inaugurate the center, the brainchild of Rajya Sabha MP and Essel Group Chairman Subhash Chandra.

'Yoga is lovely because it is ancient yet modern, it is constant yet evolving. This day is a reminder of how yoga started more as a spiritual ritual and is now a routine nearly every individual follows.

In the 73rd minute, Yuya Osako netted the victor against Colombia by a header to give Japan their first win of the 2018 world cup. The two countries left the 15,000 volunteers working on the tournament in Russian Federation with a little less work to do.

The 4th International Yoga Day was celebrated at the Rashtrapati Bhavan with a yoga demonstration. "Instead of increasing suffering, Yoga heals", he added.

Acting Nepali Prime Minister Ishwar Pokhrel and Indian Ambassador to Nepal Manjeev Singh Puri also participated in the event.

The word yoga originates from Yuja, a Sanskrit word which means, "to join or to unite", symbolizing the union of body and consciousness. Teachers from India are said to be travelling across the world making yoga universal. People of all ages and nationalities performed yoga in unison. "It brings the maximum of balance mind body and soul". Making June 21 a remarkable day is a big achievement for the country. The event that saw the participation of 200 people including Acting Nepali Prime Minister Ishwar Pokhrel and Indian Ambassador to Nepal Manjeev Singh Puri, was co-organized by the Patanjali Yog Peeth and the Indian Mission to Nepal.

Modi is keen on portraying his physical prowess, last week posting on Twitter his morning yoga routine involving plodding around a tree and flexing over a boulder.
