Starfield is Bethesda's new space epic IP

"Starfield is a game we've spent years thinking about and working on", Bethesda director and executive producer Todd Howard told the crowd at E3. While the announcement was somewhat overshadowed by Fallout 76 and the announcement of Elder Scrolls 6, it's a nice little bonus.

The game will be a first-person role-playing game set in the Elder Scroll universe. Check out the teaser below. As for the primary Elder Scrolls franchise, two expansions for The Elder Scrolls Online will be released later this year.

Before wrapping up their E3 2018 showcase, Bethesda had one final announcement to make, and it's something fans have been desperately clamoring for.

You can do things like ask for the weather, check your calendar, and get your daily briefing all thanks to the streaming box. The Fire TV Cube has dual-band Wi-Fi built in but also comes with an Ethernet adapter for a wired internet connection.

Battling will follow players' swiping movements, and there will be character customization in the game. And once we had this idea, we knew it was flawless for Fallout.

By the look of things, though, it's going to start its life on mobile. Nuclear weapons will also be a menacing presence in the game, with players searching for launch codes before firing missiles at whatever they want.
