William Prinslow was killed in 1898, Nick Klaske died in the line of duty in 1961, and in the last decade, Fond du Lac Police Officer Craig Birkholz and Wisconsin State Trooper Trevor Casper were both gunned down in the city limits.

The Museum's collection includes more than 21,000 artifacts from every era of American law enforcement and will showcase a number of immersive, interactive exhibits created to tell the real-life stories of officers and the citizens they serve, allowing visitors to experience the real-life world of law enforcement. The truth is, that is exactly what they do. They do so in order to continue the fight against violent crime.
