BS Yeddyurappa claims Karnataka, Siddaramaiah asks Congress workers to 'have fun'

A day after the perhaps most contentious assembly polls, Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee Chief Dr G Parameshwara on Sunday made it clear that his party was not anxious about the hung assembly predictions by exit polls and expressed confidence of the ruling Congress party securing a comfortable majority of its own.

"The BJP will form the government in Karnataka on May 15 evening after the results", Shah said while addressing a gathering of around 15,000 BJP workers at Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Stadium near Panaji. The comment is being seen as a sign of the party considering the possibility of a split verdict and anticipating the demands of Janata Dal Secular chief HD Deve Gowda, who has no fondness for Mr Siddaramaiah. Please note average of 6+4+2 is 4. At 6 feet you drown! So, Dear party workers, supporters & well-wishers, don't worry about exit polls. Relax & enjoy your weekend.

On the BJP attacking former Union minister P. Chidambaram as regards the CBI filing chargesheets against his family members over alleged illegal assets, the Congress leader said, "If the defence minister (Nirmala Sitharaman) is speaking to the press and levelling such charges on a former minister, we would like her to answer questions about Rafale, Doklam.and frequent cross-border incursions and violence in Kashmir". In 2005, former Prime Minister Gowda had expelled Siddaramaiah from JD (S) and it was then that Siddaramaiah joined Congress.

But, she is also confident that the BJP will secure a majority so the question will not arise for the Congress party.

Out of eight exit polls that were conducted on May 12 after the elections, six of them predicted BJP as the single largest party while only two favoured Congress. National General Secretary Danish Ali said that Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah and the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) CM candidate Yeddyurappa claims will prove wrong when the results will be declared.

Clayne Crawford Breaks Silence on 'Lethal Weapon' Firing
Indeed, FOX announced today that Lethal Weapon Season 3 is happening, but Crawford will no longer be part of the show. Lethal Weapon is packed with action, drama and pure fun and we can't wait to see Damon and Seann together on screen.

Voters wait in a queue to cast their ballot outside a polling station during Karnataka assembly elections in Bengaluru. "We are coming back (sic)", he added in another tweet.

"I want to congratulate the voters of Karnataka".

He said there 26 cases of paid news reported across the state, out of which 15 cases have been proved as paid news.

This might be an indication of the negotiations which might have already started in the Congress to counter any move by the BJP to form the Government.

Vijayapura-based analyst and a longtime follower of Lingayat politics Prof Omkara Kakade tends to agree with the Chanakya findings and says, "If 40 or cent or less have voted for Congress, it will be erroneous to suggest that Siddaramaiah's Minority tag card for Lingayat community did not work".
