Baker Mayfield says he wants to go No. 1 overall

This week, the 2018 NFL Draft will kick off from Arlington, Texas and the next group of collegiate athletes will make the jump from the NCAA to NFL teams like the Minnesota Vikings over the course of the three-day event. There is potential for four of the top five picks to be quarterbacks with the Browns, Giants, Jets and Broncos all in the market for an upgrade at the position.

We all know the Browns' history at the most important position in sports, but for the sake of building this case-and for the sake of this narrative-let's revisit it briefly. A blind squirrel will eventually find a nut, but the Browns can't find a quarterback in two decades.

It was just one game, and nothing can be taken away from such a small sample, but here's the two player's stats for each. He said that aside from Texas, none of the conference's defenses were very tough, which makes it really hard to evaluate the offensive players for the NFL. People from all corners are going to be telling you about how so-and-so is going to fall to their team in the draft. They've got the 1 overall pick and the 4 overall pick in this year's draft.

"Does Buffalo really want to get up there or don't they?"

So the first hour Thursday of the National Football League draft should be plenty interesting, thanks in large part to the Browns.

Abby Lee Miller Diagnosed With Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Following Release From Jail
Despite the health scares, Miller was feeling "great" earlier this year after losing 100 pounds, Entertainment Tonight reported . While Melamed says he's more "optimistic" as Miller is now starting to regain sensation, "we're still not out of the woods".

The Jets have been one of the busier, more aggressive teams during free agency this offseason thanks to plenty of cap space. Zero Pro Bowl appearances among them.

While Taylor has already been named the starter for 2018 by coaches, the Browns are expected to draft a quarterback with either the No. 1 or No. 4 overall picks in the draft. But if the Browns don't call his name, it now appears that it's no guarantee that Allen will be snatched up before pick No. 5. Others believe the opposite, however, as they've instead accepted defense and quarterback play as their foundations.

The premise here is the Cardinals still need a quarterback after the first round ends.

The alternative to taking Darnold first would be to take Allen.

It's also suggested that the Giants don't have any interest in the other top quarterbacks that will be available in this draft. Especially when they went up against some of the bigger schools, they were overmatched, and I think it really had a negative impact on him.
