The one that has attracted the most attention is Marguerite Jackson, 56, a Temple University academic adviser who says that Constand, who worked on the support staff for the women's basketball team, once told her she could make money by falsely claiming that she had been molested by a prominent person.

But opening statements were delayed Monday after the defense team moved to strike one juror, who was allegedly overheard saying: "I just think he's guilty, so we can all be done and get out of here". She said she never had any bad experiences with the Cosby while on the show. Right when Cosby exited his vehicle, she ripped off her jacket and rushed toward the actor.

The comedian claims the sexual situations he found himself in were consensual, but he's faced with three counts of aggravated indecent assault, and each case can be punishable for up to 10 years. The shares started the day higher but fell as low as $1,355.33 after Trump's latest Amazon-related tweet. (NASDAQ: AMZN ). Year-to-date, AMZN has gained 22.70%, versus a -0.33% rise in the benchmark S&P 500 index during the same period.

Nicolle Rochelle turned heads when she shockingly protested topless and got arrested outside of the courthouse during Bill Cosby's trial on April. 9.

Screaming "Women's Lives Matter, Hey, Hey, Hey", Nicolle Rochelle, 39, of Little Falls, New Jersey, had the slogan "Women's Lives Matter" written on her body in red ink, surrounded in black ink by the names of some of the dozens of women who have accused Cosby of assault.

Also during his opening argument, Steele referenced sexual assault accusations brought against Cosby by other women.

Steele emphasized that Constand did not approach his office to report the allegations against Cosby.

Last week, Judge Steven O'Neill ruled that it could be revealed to the jury in the course of the new trial.

A topless protester was seen launching herself in the direction of Bill Cosby as he arrived at court Monday for the start of his sexual assault retrial in Pennsylvania.

In addition to winning the acquittal of Michael Jackson in the singer's 2005 child-molestation case, Meserau famously defended Mike Tyson and Suge Knight.

Reality TV actress and former supermodel Janice Dickinson may be one of those prior acts witnesses, according to her attorney Lisa Bloom.

The prosecutor also pointed to testimony that Cosby himself gave under oath in 2006 in a deposition to lawyers in the civil suit with Constand.
