BlackBerry 'Ghost' rumoured to be a premium smartphone made exclusively for India

This is a Delhi-based telecom company which had reportedly bagged the BlackBerry rights late previous year.

According to a Tweet by known tipster Evan Blass, BlackBerry is working on a new smartphone codenamed as "Ghost". As of now, there is no confirmation on the release date, but it is rumored to unveil in next few months. A leaked render of the device reveals that it may have a bezel-less display. And, rumors are that this high-end phone would come with an 18:9 aspect ratio.

It does look nice though, from what we can discern from the leaked images.

Billionaire investor Warren Buffett to retire from Kraft Heinz board
In the departure from past years, Buffett refrained from talking about the direction of the country or economy. "A large portion of our gain did not come from anything we accomplished at Berkshire", Buffett said.

The Canadian firm is not into phone manufacturing anymore. Also, we don't know whether the Ghost will be sold in all markets that Optiemus has a license to sell BlackBerry phones, but it's likely. Optiemus Infracom also told Techook that the company is not in a position to comment on this. The latest to do so is BlackBerry, which is reportedly prepping an all-new smartphone that will be exclusive to the Indian market.

As reported by The Verge, two senior members of the BlackBerry Mobile/TCL Team, Francois Mahieu and Alain Lejeune, claim its KeyOne smartphone launch was an "unqualified success". So much so, in fact, that despite the low shipment number for past year, Francois Mahieu, the chief commercial officer of BlackBerry Mobile, has declared "mission accomplished" following the launch of its first flagship of the TCL era. When compared to how many iPhones Apple ships in any given quarter alone, that under one million number might seem paltry. "I would not be satisfied with market share in premium (phones) that is sub-one percent forever".

Meanwhile, other recent models of Blackberry are being made by different companies including some mega manufacturers like TCL and BB Merah Putih, soon after the company stopped designing and producing the phones, back in 2016.
