Monster Hunter World, Street Fighter V Crossover Gets a New Trailer

This isn't the first crossover that Monster Hunter World have received - remember when the Megaman feature was announced? - but it's definitely an entertaining one with players soon able to fight Monster Hunter World's massive beasts as either Ryu or Sakura.

First up: a quick reminder these are full sets of armor that have to be equipped as one single entry and can not be mixed with other armor pieces. Capcom announced a series of quests are coming to World that will reward players with "SFV Tickets" they can use to craft costumes modeled after Ryu and Sakura. The set changes a hunter's armor, whether male or female, to look and sound just like Ryu.

"In just a few weeks, we'll be featuring the quest to get Ryu's set as an exclusive early opportunity to PS4 players that also have a save data file from Street Fighter V (including Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition)", Capcom explained.

If you're having trouble with Monster Hunter: World, your best bet to fly solo for the time being, but at least we now know that Capcom is working on a fix.

While the armor sets will be free, along with some other goodies, a collection of special in-game items will be available for those willing to pay.

One might wonder how Xbox One players can get this stuff, since they don't get Street Fighter V. But Capcom notes on Capcom-Unity that the Event Quest will be added into rotation at a later date.

The skins are free, but if you want to Hadoken or Shoryuken it'll cost $3.99 as a "premium gesture".
