Bruno Mars wins Song of The Year at 60th Grammy Awards

Bruno Mars' song "That's What I Like" has also grabbed the Song of the Year award at the Grammy Awards, the song performed by Bruno Mars has won Song of the Year and Best R&B Performance.

It won over Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee featuring Justin Bieber's "Despacito", Jay-Z's "4:44", Julia Michaels" "Issues' and Logic featuring Alessia Cara and Khalid's "1-800-273-8255".

The singer won all of the awards he was nominated for with his energetic and upbeat 90s-inspired R&B album. - Best R&B song: "That's What I Like", Bruno Mars.

Chris Stapleton paid tribute to Tom Petty with Emmylou Harris and also won three awards, including best country album, best country song and best country solo performance.

Other headscratchers: what were Hailee Steinfeld and Donnie Wahlberg doing handing out a best country album award, or Tony Bennett and John Legend announcing the best rap/sung performance victor?

"Finesse" is one of the most enjoyable songs to hit the airwaves in months, and when Bruno and Cardi took the stage together at MSG, it was basically the visual equivalent of sucking down three Pixy Stix and hopping into a plastic ball pit - sweaty, colorful and insane fun.

The Los Angeles rapper took a strong lead, winning Best Rap Album for "DAMN." and Best Rap Song for "HUMBLE.", a playful take on the trappings of fame in which the 30-year-old portrays himself as Jesus in "The Last Supper".

The Grammys is airing live from Madison Square Garden.
