Tottenham maintain tabs on PSG winger Lucas Moura

According to the Daily Express, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are trying to sign Brazil global Lucas Moura, who is said to be worth about £35 million (R590 million).

Tottenham are said to be willing to match winger Lucas' salary at PSG - believed to be around the £80,000 ($113, 554) mark, not an issue within their current wage structure.

The former Sao Paulo player was a long-time target for Manchester United before they signed Alexis Sanchez.

'It's to have foot on the ground and I think he'll make his choices and we'll be with him. "He no longer has the opportunity to have playing time in Paris and he will have more elsewhere", the PSG coach told a news conference on Tuesday.

Spurs or Arsenal are the touted destinations, but at which club would the 25-year-old excel?

The vice president also dismissed an adult film star's account of a sexual encounter with Trump in 2006, questioning its validity. "Candidates and their attorneys can not choose how and when to comply with federal campaign finance laws".

Moura has been impressed with how Tottenham play and believes Mauricio Pochettino could be the right manager for him to progress his career.

At present, Spurs do not expect Moura to join this month, although they have a longstanding interest in him and will continue to monitor his situation in the final days of the winter window.

"Lucas Moura looks to be on the move this month and the betting today suggests that Spurs are his most likely destination", said Coral's Harry Aitkenhead.

It has been claimed that the two parties have agreed the outlines of a four-year deal and now the deal hinges on Tottenham finding an agreement over a fee with PSG in the coming days.
