Kohli, the victor of the Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy and ODI Cricketer of the Year awards, was chosen to lead the ICC ODI team, which includes Rohit Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah as the other two Indians.

Australian skipper Steve Smith, the world number one batsman in ICC Test Rankings, won the Test Cricketer of the Year award.

Top four batsmen in the world obviously occupy the top four slots: Australian captain Steve Smith is at the first place, followed by Virat Kohli, England's Alistair Cook and New Zealand's Kane Williamson.
