Four bodies found in basement of Troy apartment house

Police say they've apprehended a suspect in a series of shootings that left one person dead and four others injured in an Alabama town.

Investigators say the gunfire stemmed from a domestic dispute between Foster and a 49-year-old woman who lives at the same residence.

The dead include the property manager at the apartment, Troy police told reporters.

Troy police say 54-year-old Charles Louis Foster is being held on a $300,000 bond.

The landlord of the building discovered the victims in the basement apartment, according to the Times-Union. They don't yet know the causes of death.

The Troy Police Department has arrested a man in a shooting with five victims, in which one was killed Sunday.

"Unfortunately, it's disgusting, terrible, sad. especially at this time of year", DeWolf was quoted as saying in the report. "Especially at this time of year".

Troy Police asked for the assistance of New York State Police, which has released few details as of 3:20 p.m. It is located about 150 miles north of New York City.
